A management company is seeking a head for a multifunctional complex (MFC) of over 65,000 m², which combines a shopping center and a business center. The facility hosts over 200 tenants and about 50 service contractors.

Main Goal: To bring the MFC to planned performance indicators, implement a re-concept, and strengthen the facility's commercial model.

Responsibilities — Management of P&L, OPEX, EBITDA, and investment plan — Implementation of the MFC re-concept project — Development of tenant mix and relationships with key tenants — Increasing revenue, traffic, and conversion — Management of the team and service contractors — Oversight of facility operation, service, and security — Interaction with government bodies and regulatory agencies

Requirements — At least 5 years of experience managing a shopping center, mall, MFC, or large commercial facility — Experience in P&L management — Successful experience in re-conceptualization or operational transformation of facilities — Understanding of tenant mix, engineering systems, and commercial real estate management standards — Experience managing a team and contractors — Systemic approach, proactivity, and readiness for operational immersion
