Responsibilities:
- Developing strategy and business model in conjunction with the shareholder
- Hiring key executives: Investment Director — property analysis and rating; Development Director / Commercial Director — investors and Family Offices; Partnerships Manager — leading brokers and property flow
- Building a management system, CRM, KPIs, and commercial funnel
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience, 3+ years in the position of CEO / COO / Managing Director / Managing Partner
- Management of a company with a turnover of ₽2 billion or more, or a business unit with a comparable area of responsibility
- Launching a business or new direction from scratch with successful profitability
- Experience in building a commercial function, CRM, KPIs, and management system
