The Level Home home management service (a development company of Level Group) is looking for a CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company during a period of active scaling, transform the operational model, and elevate the business to a new level of efficiency and service (one of the goals is exponential NPS growth).
- Strategy and growth: update and develop the company strategy, scale the business model.
- Operational development: build effective end-to-end processes at all stages of operation, automate them to ensure transparency and manageability.
- Customer experience as a growth driver: increase customer loyalty and NPS to best market values. Identify customer "pain points", implement a service culture across all departments, and create a proactive feedback system.
- Finance and results: full responsibility for the company's financial results (P&L, EBITDA), cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
- Team and culture: develop and motivate the team, build a strong corporate culture based on the values of leadership, responsibility, and customer-centricity. Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of key managers.
- Brand development: strengthen the company's market position and reputation as a leader in property management.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of experience as CEO / Executive Director or equivalent in the B2C segment.
- Experience managing a team of 250-300 people.
