Deputy Executive Director at Tarkos Brewery

Tarkos Brewery is looking for a Deputy Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

• General management of assigned divisions, ensuring achievement of planned targets (year, quarter, month);
• Organization and control of financial activities;
• Management of own logistics;
• Development of sales strategy. Goal - increasing market share, improving efficiency and profitability of branches;
• Resource management (goods, people, logistics, finance) to achieve strategic goals and operational plan;
• Staff training and development, increasing labor productivity;
• Organization of cross-functional interaction between branches and the central office;
• Conducting negotiations at the TOP management and owner level.

Requirements:

• Developed managerial skills (departmental work planning; personal effectiveness; team building and development; effective management: organizing subordinate work, setting and controlling tasks, delegation; staff motivation skills);
• Budgeting, pricing skills, experience with Profit and Loss;
• Analytical mindset;
• Higher education (technical);
• Work with product-market matrix;
• Successful experience managing a distribution network. Experience as a head of a distribution department/branch network;
• Experience in FMCG;
• Willingness to relocate.
