We expect • Higher education in finance and economics. • Successful experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Deputy Chief Financial Officer in holding structures. • Mandatory requirement - practical experience in development, residential \ commercial real estate, construction, or investment projects. • Experience in managing the financial function of a group of companies with multiple legal entities. • Expertise in building management accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and treasury. • Experience in preparing management reports for business owners and top management. • Desirable experience in supporting investment structures and working with collective investment instruments. • Strong management competencies, strategic thinking, a high level of independence, and readiness to work in close cooperation with the shareholder.
