Gemotest Laboratories network is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Gemotest is a Russian medical company providing laboratory diagnostic services. Founded in 2002, it continues to actively develop — improving business processes, expanding the range of studies performed, and its geographical presence. Today, Gemotest branches are open in more than 700 cities in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, and its services are used by over 11 million patients annually.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the financial department, strategic planning, operational activities
• Evaluation of the Company's financial performance, risk management and development of measures to minimize them
• Work on optimizing business processes
• Tax planning and tax optimization
• Oversight of the automation of the financial direction
• Working with banks and financing
• M&A transactions

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 6+ years in large companies
• Higher education in the specialty (or retraining)
• Experience interacting with banks and government agencies
• Experience attracting long-term loans of 1 billion+
• Experience in automating financial processes (1C:ERP; Power BI)
• Successful experience in cost optimization
