About the vacancy: A video consultation service, the leader of the Russian market for psychological assistance, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to head the function, develop the team and processes, and help the business make informed decisions based on data.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy together with the CEO and shareholders
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure effective management of cash flows, liquidity, and financial stability
- Develop a system of management reporting and financial analytics for decision-making
- Manage financial, tax, and operational risks
- Participate in investment projects and M&A transactions
- Lead the team, develop financial processes and systems as the business grows
- Act as a key business partner on efficiency, growth, and achievement of financial goals
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance, or Director of Finance
- Ability to build financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting processes
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and business performance evaluation
- Understanding of management accounting principles, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and corporate finance
- Experience in managing cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks
- Experience in participating in investment projects, M&A transactions, or fundraising
- Ability to build effective team performance and be a partner to the business, not just a controlling function
- Willingness to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and take responsibility for financial results
