YASNO, a service for selecting psychologists, is looking for a CFO to lead the company's financial function, develop the team and processes, and help the business make informed decisions based on data and financial analytics.
What you will be doing:
- Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy together with the CEO and shareholders
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and business forecasting
- Ensure effective management of cash flow, liquidity, and the company's financial stability
- Develop a system of management reporting and financial analytics for business decision-making
- Manage financial, tax, and operational risks
- Participate in the company's investment and M&A projects
- Lead the team and develop financial processes and systems as the business grows
- Act as a key business partner on matters of efficiency, growth, and achievement of financial goals
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 5 years of experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director
- Can build processes for financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting
- Has strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and business performance evaluation
- Understands the principles of management accounting, IFRS, and corporate finance
- Has experience managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks
- Has participated in investment projects, M&A deals, or fundraising
- Can build effective team operations and act as a partner to the business, not just a controlling function
- Can make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and take responsibility for the company's financial results
