SberZdorovye, a digital health platform, is looking for a Financial Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

Act as a financial partner for the business unit and support management decision-making
Lead the budgeting and regular forecasting process for the assigned unit
Analyze financial and operational metrics, identify areas for optimization and growth

Evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives, product launches, and investment projects

Monitor budget execution, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in finance (FP&A, consulting, investment analysis, or business partnering)
Understanding of product metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU, etc.)
Experience in building financial models and scenario analysis
Presentation skills and the ability to explain complex financial matters "in business language"
