Financial Business Partner for Commercial Block at AQUARIUS IT Group
The AQUARIUS IT Group is looking for a Financial Business Partner for the Commercial Block.

Financial Business Partner for the Commercial Block:
- Key areas of work: establishing processes with the commercial block within the financial function, including sales planning. Significant communication and immersion in business processes are expected. Experience in finance, specifically in financial analysis for the commercial block (B2B sales plan planning, etc.), is desirable. Work is based in the office; after the probationary period, 1 day of remote work is negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and support of the sales planning process (short-term, medium-term forecasts);
- Annual sales planning;
- Development and control of compliance with the company's commercial policy;
- Development and implementation of analytical reporting by CD indicators (funnel);
- Plan-fact analysis. Minimization of deviations;
- Analysis and optimization of processes within joint work;
- Development of requirements for the development of accounting and analytical systems, support for CRM implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in economics/finance/technical fields;
- Practical experience of 3-5 years in finance (commercial finance/FP&A/or audit), preferably in the IT/B2B segment;
- Understanding of planning, budgeting, and business processes within the financial function (e.g., cost analysis, sales models, supply chains), ability to analyze the current financial situation, forecast future financial results, experience in process development and optimization is desirable;
- Experience with 1C, good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas; experience with query, pivot will be an additional advantage);
- Communication skills, ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility, strategic thinking, attentiveness, developed analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets, quick adaptation and learning, flexible thinking, proactivity.
