Responsibilities:
- Financial planning and budgeting: financial plan, budget, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Financial stability and capital: control of capital adequacy and key stability indicators
- ALM and treasury: establishing and controlling ALM, payment calendar
- Asset management: allocation and effective placement of reserves, own funds, and capital (within policy and constraints)
- Reporting, controlling, and efficiency: RASBU/IFRS/management accounting, tax planning, analysis of business line efficiency, and cost management
- Cashflow management: managing cash flows, ensuring liquidity, preventing cash gaps
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education: mathematics / technical / economics
- At least 3 years of management experience in finance (Chief Financial Officer/CFO/Deputy/Head of Department)
Proficient knowledge:
- Budgeting, financial modeling/planning
- Cash flow management, assessment of profitability/risk/assets
- Lending/financing attraction, financial settlements
- Accounting standards
- Russian Federation Tax, Civil, Labor, and Commercial Law
