**Your responsibilities will include ensuring the financial stability and effective management of the non-state pension fund's (NPF) financial resources, including the management of pension reserves and savings. Additionally: **
- Develop and implement NPF financial strategies in accordance with the fund's development goals and the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation;
- Manage the key financial departments of the Fund (accounting, finance department, investment department, actuaries);
- Organize financial planning and budgeting: formation of the annual budget, control of its execution, analysis of deviations, and preparation of corrective measures;
- Control financial discipline and compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Bank of Russia, including the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reporting;
- Optimize financial processes and reduce costs, implement automation;
- Prepare analytical materials and presentations for the board of directors and shareholders on financial activities.

- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer/Deputy Chief Financial Officer;
- Experience in the financial sector (NPF, insurance company, asset management company, bank, broker);
- Experience undergoing inspections by the Bank of Russia and interacting with the regulator;
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting principles in NPFs;
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9;
- Knowledge of risk management principles and internal control in NPFs;
- Knowledge of the Russian Federation legislation in the field of non-state pension provision and mandatory pension insurance (Federal Law No. 75-FZ, etc.), and regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia governing the activities of NPFs.
