Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy
- Formation and control of budget execution
- Analysis of financial indicators and preparation of reports for management
- Optimization of financial flows and cost management
- Interaction with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
- Conducting financial analysis and evaluating investment projects
- Financial risk management and development of measures to minimize them
- Team leadership, organization of the work process, and assessment of subordinate performance
What is important in a candidate:
- Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the production sector
- Knowledge of financial legislation and accounting
- Ability to work with financial reports and analytical tools
- High analytical skills, strategic thinking
- Experience in managing teams and projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
