For the mattress brand Sonox, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will take responsibility not just for finances or individual functions, but for the entire business financial system.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and financial planning;
- Preparation of reports of all levels;
- Maintaining a payment calendar;
- Control and analysis of the company's financial performance indicators;
- Control of accounts receivable and payable;
- Management of cash flows and the financial cycle;
- Control of profitability, business return on investment, product liquidity;
- Analysis of cost efficiency;
- Work with Marketplaces;
- Development and implementation of communication standards between company departments and the finance and accounting service;
- Development and implementation of automation in various areas (document flow, reporting, etc.);
- Control of accounting and HR support for the group;
- Financial management of the group;
- Participation in the implementation of tax optimization;
- Improving the efficiency of the company's working capital.
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in working with Excel, 1C products: UT, ZUP;
- Accounting, knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
- Knowledge and experience with tax systems: OSNO, USN 6%, USN 15%;
- Experience in implementing accounting systems.
