FURNITURE COMPANY ZETTA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will not just count money, but will become the architect of the financial structure of a growing business, build a stable financial system, and ensure the stable and sustainable development of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational financial management: budgeting, cash flow management (CFM), financial stability control, management reporting preparation, P&L analysis;
- Organization of financial and management accounting in 1C, organization and control of personnel record keeping;
- Financial flow management to ensure liquidity and cost optimization;
- Strategic activities: development and construction of financial models, management of company financial assets, formation and optimization of pricing;
- Development and implementation of financial strategy, ensuring financial stability and long-term growth;
- Analysis of financial risks and development of measures to minimize them;
- Control of compliance with tax and accounting legislation, interaction with regulatory bodies, tax planning within the framework of current legislation;
- Management of the company's legal department — contract work, deal approval, and legal protection of business interests;
- Implementation of financial regulations, automation, BI analytics.
Requirements:
- Specialized higher education in finance, economics, or accounting;
- At least 5 years of experience as CFO or Deputy CFO, including experience in operational and strategic financial flow management;
- Experience with large goods turnover, distribution, logistics, or production;
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to make decisions in a multitasking environment;
- Experience in building financial models and asset management;
- Proficient in financial systems and software – 1C, Excel, BI tools;
- Regular use of key financial metrics and indicators;
- Leadership qualities, ability to build effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Conditions:
- Salary 300,000 RUB + quarterly bonus up to 150% of salary;

- Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00;
- Civil contract (GPC) with auto-renewal (taxation at a rate of 6%);
