Production and wholesale company SV Design is looking for a Financial Director.

SV Design is engaged in the wholesale of entrance and interior doors.

Requirements for the candidate:

• High level of self-organization and responsibility;
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to build a system.
• Proven organizational and management skills;
• Management and control of accounting;
• Budgeting and financial planning;
• Financial modeling and forecasting;
• Proficient in 1C and CRM (Proficiency in 1C: Trade Management 11 will be an advantage);
• Candidates without similar experience are not considered.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of management and accounting records;
• Preparation of management reports;
• Planning and optimization of budgets;
• Optimization of expenses and business processes;
• Formation and maintenance of a payment calendar;
• Participation in the development and maintenance of the enterprise's tax strategy.
• Management and development of the financial department and accounting (there is a chief accountant);
• Direct participation in the implementation of company goals for 2026 and beyond;
• Support of the company's mission and values.

Conditions:

• Salary is discussed based on the results of the competitive selection and will depend on your experience, competence level, and the responsibility you are willing to undertake;
• Attendance of paid courses, trainings, seminars, conferences at the company's expense;
• Work schedule 5/2 from 8:00 to 18:00;
• The management accounting system is established. The task is to maintain and improve it to a decent level.
• Subordinates: accounting department + 1C developer + system administrator + legal department (outsourced).
