A large marketplace seller is looking for a CFO.
Conditions:
- Fixed salary – negotiable + KPI
- Fully remote work format (Moscow time zone)
Candidate Expectations:
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years managing multiple legal entities
- Experience with marketplaces. Candidates from other industries are not considered
- Knowledge of management accounting, and the basics of accounting and tax accounting (knowledge of ОСНО, УСН 6%/15%)
- Knowledge of current legislation
- Ability to quickly engage in tasks and independently bring them to completion
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, high level of responsibility, well-developed communication skills, ability to provide reasoned responses to inquiries
- Willingness to work at a high pace and in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Management of the company's financial flows and control over their effective distribution
- Preparation of management reports (P&L, CF, BS), analysis and control of operational performance indicators
- Execution of the full cycle of expense planning and development of cost reduction measures
- Maintenance of rolling forecast planning, plan-fact analysis of the budget for the period, variance analysis, formation of proposals for adjustment (optimization) of the current budget execution forecast
- Analysis and control of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Strict control over the credit portfolio management (timely repayment of the principal debt, interest payments, contract extensions)
