Join Cooper service (ex. SberMarket) in search of a Deputy Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the full cycle of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with RSBU and IFRS standards;
• Participation in the formation and improvement of the company's accounting policy;
• Ensuring timely closing of reporting periods, process regulation;
• Preparation, verification, and submission of the complete set of accounting, tax, and statistical reporting to regulatory bodies;
• Building effective interaction with external auditors and internal controllers, ensuring smooth audits;
• Participation in accounting automation projects, optimization and digitalization of business processes;
• Direct management of a team of 20+ people (task distribution, motivation, training, KPI control).

Candidate Expectations:

• Confident knowledge and practical application of FSBU (RSBU) and IFRS;
• Expert knowledge of tax legislation (VAT, profit tax, OSN/USN);
• Understanding of budgeting principles, financial risk management, and internal control;
• Advanced proficiency in 1C: ERP/KA/UPP. Experience in implementing updates and configuration enhancements is welcome;
• 3 to 5 years in accounting and taxation positions;
• Experience in large companies (staff >250 people / revenue from 400 million+);
• Experience in managing a team of accountants (conducting interviews, attestation, process building);
• Successfully implemented accounting automation cases (e.g., transition to new software, robotization of routine operations);
• Experience interacting with auditors and regulatory bodies (IFNS, PFR, FSS).
