Chief Financial Officer | E-commerce / Manufacturing / Foreign Economic Activity Russian company (e-com + manufacturing) in the stage of active growth and business scaling Cosmetics and other production Subordinates: up to 10 people

Responsibilities:

• Management of the financial function and team
• RAS (RSBU), IFRS, Cash Flow Statement (DDS), P&L, Balance Sheet, Consolidation of Russia + China
• Financial support for e-commerce + marketplaces
• Liquidity management, Budget of Revenue and Expenses (BDR) / Budget of Cash Flow (BDDS)
• Foreign exchange risk management
• Management of production cycles
• Foreign Economic Activity (VED)
• Compliance, risk minimization, incl. sanctions risks

Requirements: — Higher financial / economic education — Experience as CFO or Deputy CFO for at least 3 years (turnover from 1-2 billion rubles) — RAS (RSBU), IFRS — Foreign Economic Activity (VED), currency control, customs — English — Intermediate+

Will be an advantage: — Experience in cost optimization in manufacturing companies — Experience in building a financial function for international scaling — Experience in implementing ERP systems — Experience with marketplaces
