A technologically advanced D2C company LEOMAX is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to build a transparent financial vertical, strengthen the foreign economic activity (FEA) direction, and make finance a driver of business growth.

Your responsibilities:

Management Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate consolidated financial statements for owners (P&L, CF, BS) monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Conduct in-depth analysis of KPIs by projects and brands for strategic decision-making

Investment Analysis and Financial Modeling:

• Develop and verify financial models for new and existing projects

Operational Management and FEA:

• Full support of FEA: settlements with foreign suppliers, currency control, work with foreign banks
• Open and manage accounts in the Russian Federation and abroad
• Manage cash flows (treasury), plan liquidity

Team and Processes:

• Manage the finance department (accounting, management accounting, treasury)
• Set tasks, monitor execution, develop the team
• Seeking a "player-coach" — ready to dive into the numbers personally at the start, perform complex calculations, and negotiate with banks

The ideal candidate is you if:

Mandatory:

• You have experience as a CFO or Head of Finance Department in a group of companies with a turnover of 5 billion rubles or more
• You have worked in e-commerce/retail/FMCG and understand the specifics (logistics, marketing expenses, high turnover)
• You have deep expertise in accounting and tax accounting
• You build financial models from scratch and are confident working with large datasets
• You have direct successful experience in FEA: contract payments, currency transactions, foreign banks
• You are ready to personally negotiate with banks and perform complex calculations at the start
• You have a higher education in finance (finance, accounting, audit)
