✅ Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
📍 Almaty A fast-growing company in the e-grocery and online food delivery sector
Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of financial strategy • Building financial models and growth scenarios • Management of P&L, cash flow, and financial risks • Development and control of unit economics (LTV/CAC, contribution margin, cost per order) • Analysis of profitability of orders, categories, SKUs, and sales channels • Optimization of operational costs: logistics, fulfillment, marketing • Analysis of promotions, assortment, and pricing • Development of management accounting, reporting, and BI analytics • Management of the financial team, cash burn, and runway • Interaction with investors and banks, preparation for fundraising
Our ideal candidate: • 5–7 years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance • Experience in e-commerce, e-grocery, delivery, retail tech, or FMCG • Deep understanding of unit economics and e-commerce operational model • Experience working with large volumes of data and BI systems • Strong financial business partnering skills and a data-driven approach • Experience in a fast-growing business • Ability to balance growth and profitability
