What we expect: • Experience in financial consulting: Big4, Big3, Accenture, or leading local companies • 2–4 years of experience in positions of Financial Analyst, FP&A, Finance Manager, or similar • Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and management analytics • Experience in IT, SaaS, or technology companies — an advantage • English — B2+

Responsibilities: • Development of financial strategy in conjunction with the CEO • Building financial models, budgets, and forecasts • Analysis of P&L, Cash Flow, unit economics, and key metrics • Control of revenue, expenses, and execution of the financial plan • Financial support for the group of companies in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Mexico, and the USA • Preparation of management reports for the CEO and shareholders • Development of financial processes and automation • Quality control of accounting in all jurisdictions
