Vacancy: Financial Director

Location: Minsk

Conditions:

• During probation period: 6,500 BYN net
• After probation period: 9,000–12,000 BYN net (50% fixed part + 50% KPI bonus)
• Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 17:30
• Voluntary medical insurance (DMS): after probation period
• Direct interaction with the owner and the opportunity to influence the company's financial results.

About the company: The company is one of the leading Belarusian sellers on Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market with its own production of furniture for bathrooms and kitchens. The business is actively scaling: over the past two years, the staff has grown from 15 to 60 people. The company develops marketplaces, B2B, and its own B2C direction, operates through several legal entities, and invests in production and automation.

We are looking for not a classic financial director focused on management accounting, reporting, and bank loans, but a strong financial analyst and manager – the owner's partner on issues of profit/EBITDA, cash flow, and business efficiency.

Key projects for the next 1–2 years:

• development of a management accounting, budgeting, and financial controlling system;
• management of profit, Cash Flow, and working capital;
• optimization of working capital;
• increasing the transparency of marketplace economics: commissions, logistics, holds, returns, and payments;
• analysis of unit economics, ROMI, assortment profitability, and advertising investments;
• formation of financial models and analytics for the owner;
• automation of financial processes, development of 1C and BI analytics;
• searching for EBITDA growth points and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Financial Director or Head of Controlling;
• creation of a financial function from scratch;
• experience in building management accounting and budgeting;
• management of cash flow and working capital;
• financial controlling, analysis, and modeling;
• confident command of Excel and 1C;
• readiness not only to manage but also to independently work with models, reports, and analytics;
• experience in leading automation projects.

An advantage will be:

• experience in e-commerce and marketplaces;
• understanding of Wildberries and Ozon economics;
• experience in production;
• consolidation of reporting and analytics for several legal entities;
• use of BI and AI.

The company uses 1C 8 Accounting and 1C UT. There is a programmer and a business analyst on staff.
