Narrazione kitchen appliance brand is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This role is for a person who can manage the finances of a product business not only through reporting but also through cash, turnover, supplies, marketplaces, and scaling.

Narrazione is a Russian kitchen appliance brand with an annual turnover of 1.5+ billion rubles. The company manages the entire cycle: product development, manufacturing in China, import, and sales through Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, and federal retail chains. They need a CFO who can build a transparent financial system and become a real growth partner for the owner, not just a formal financier.

Key Task: to build a financial system for a rapidly growing e-commerce business with a focus on manageability, liquidity, profitability, and scaling.

Responsibilities:

• Management of cash flows, liquidity, and working capital.
• Development of management accounting and financial reporting.
• Building financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analysis of business profitability and supply efficiency.
• Participation in strategic decisions and company scaling.
• This role is for a person who can see the real business economics behind the numbers and highlight where the profit lies and where losses occur in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• CFO experience of 3+ years.
• Experience in e-commerce, product business, import, distribution, or retail.
• Practical experience with marketplaces: Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market.
• Experience managing finances for companies with a turnover of 1 billion rubles or more.
• Confident experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and working capital management.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in building a financial function and management accounting.
• Experience with importing goods from China.
• Experience in home appliances, electronics, or FMCG.
• Participation in scaling a fast-growing business and working with the owner.
