Digital agency RED BANANAS is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will take over the financial function and become a partner to the CEO: help see the real business picture, evaluate scenarios, and make decisions that impact profit.

Key tasks:

• Generate management reports: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, payment calendar.
• Maintain the financial model and forecast for a horizon of six months or more.
• Analyze the profitability of the company, individual projects, and business lines.
• Identify growth points for net profit and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage the legal function: priorities, tasks, deadlines, and quality of results.
• Oversee the work of outsourced accounting.

• Fully remote work.
• Full-time employment, 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
• Fixed remuneration – 180,000 ₽ per month.
• Cooperation under a contract with a self-employed person.

• Experience in managing a company's financial function.
• Proficient in management accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to connect financial indicators with business processes.
• Ability to communicate about finances clearly, argue your position, and implement decisions.
