Responsibilities:
- Financial strategy (including A3 Finance and A3 Lab)
- Cash flow control (CF), ensuring solvency, preventing cash gaps (including A3 Finance and A3 Lab)
- Group reporting consolidation: consolidating financial statements (P&L, CF, Balance Sheet) into a single management report
- Budgeting and control: Preparing income and expense plans (P&L budget), monitoring budget compliance by departments (including A3 Finance and A3 Lab)
- Risk management: risk assessment, tax planning (including VAT optimization to target level), ensuring economic security
- Efficiency analysis: product profitability, cost optimization, identifying profit growth points
- Working with current shareholders and potential investors
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience, at least 5 years at CFO/Head of Finance/Finance Director level
- Experience in Fintech and/or payments
- Experience in a company with millions of transactions per day
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Readiness for the company's rapid growth rate (45%+)
- Experience interacting with audit/consulting/banks, legal departments
