One of the largest advertising production contractors StreetArt invites a Finance Director to the team.
StreetArt is a federal contractor in printing, large-format printing, branding, and POSm. The head office is in Yekaterinburg, since 2020. Revenue 2025 - 850 million rubles, team ~40 people.
Why this role is being opened:
A partner for the financial block of a group of 4 legal entities. This role is being opened for building, not supporting – the budget, cash flow, P&L for operational units will need to be established in the first months, along with:
- Rethinking rules and processes – by which operational departments document entries in 1C and databases, for their structuring and automation.
- Regulated reporting and taxes – final quality control, review of group regimes, supervision of the document flow team.
- Management accounting and automation of routine tasks – month-end closing, P&L by department, cash flow classification, 3-month forecast. With personal involvement in automation.
- Banks – optimization of credit portfolio and weighted average rate, factoring, leasing, cash management services.
In the year's perspective: Foreign Economic Activity (calculations with foreign suppliers), attracting foreign funding.
Who they are looking for:
A financier with an accounting foundation and a partner approach. You confidently validate VAT and profit declarations, and insurance contributions for a group of legal entities. Ready to create, not support what is already done.
Mandatory:
- 3+ years as a Finance Director or Deputy Finance Director (company with revenue from 300 million rubles), experience with multiple legal entities in a group.
- Confident proficiency in 1C (UT + BP + ZUP) at the level of validating registers.
- Proven experience with banks – lending, factoring, leasing, cash management services.
- Experience in building or developing management accounting.
- Higher economic/financial/accounting education.
- Focus on automating personal work and departmental work – with confirmed cases and measurable effects: Power Query/Apps Script/Python/active ChatGPT-Claude. Format – "did it and measured the effect": not "know the tool," but "built a reporting system in Power Query, reduced preparation time from 6 hours to 30 minutes."
Will be an advantage:
- Daily work with language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), experience with Claude Code/Codex/Cursor or proprietary AI agents.
- B2B sector with a production cycle, Foreign Economic Activity, experience attracting foreign financing.
