Key requirements, mandatory: — CFO experience in Moscow in a European or American manufacturing company with its own production in Russia with business volumes from Russia: from 7 billion rubles per year; — Number of personnel in the Russian Federation: from 500+ people; — Fluent English (confident Upper-Intermediate or higher) Professional competencies: — Experience in automating financial reporting, transforming the financial function; — Successful experience in tax and audit inspections; IFRS; — Strategic modeling and data visualization (Power BI); — Excellent knowledge of 1C.

Important: Do not apply if: — Your experience is in Russian holdings without an international presence and IFRS reporting; — You have worked in construction, banking, sales companies, other areas without production in Russia; — Business volume < 7 billion rubles or staff number < 500 people.
