SIBUR is looking for a Financial Business Partner, who is ready to relocate to the company's operating regions to analyze the financial and economic performance of one of its enterprises and develop recommendations to help management make effective management decisions.

What you will be doing:
- Lead "Economics and Finance" function projects affecting all enterprises of the holding.
- Organize joint work on tasks with specialists from other functional areas, both within the enterprise and at the company level.
- Provide decision support: analyze non-standard cases, propose solutions, participate in the review of specific decisions.
- Develop business plans. Analyze actual and planned performance. Propose measures to reduce risks of deviation from the plan.
- Manage the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system: set KPIs, define tools for monitoring the E&F function's activities, assess results achievement based on KPIs.
- Build long-term goal setting. Update tasks formulated in the Enterprise Master Plan for 2026.
- Conduct expertise of business logic for investment projects.
- Provide analytical support for decision-making – provide data obtained from economic modeling, scenario analysis, comparison of alternatives, development of calculators, etc.
What we expect:
- Experience in large industrial enterprises is welcome.
- You are proficient in planning and budgeting methodologies and have successfully applied them in practice.
- You know the basics of accounting (RSBU, Tax Accounting, IFRS).
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience in evaluating investment projects.
- You can work with BI systems – capable of collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- You have experience in preparing reports and presenting materials for senior management at the enterprise and holding levels.
- You are proficient at an advanced level in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Think-cell, PowerPoint, Outlook.
