We are looking for a Financial Director for the home appliance brand Wollmer.
Responsibilities:
- Control the payment calendar, compile it, and train department heads in higher-quality budgeting;
- Regularly submit important reports such as PNL, Cash Flow Statement with comments on management decisions for the owners;
- Fund management;
- Make our unit economics super accurate, there is room for improvement;
- If accounts receivable are stuck somewhere or large expenses are approaching – notify the owners in advance and provide an action plan;
- Be aware of everything (or almost everything) that is happening in accounting and work collaboratively with the chief accountant;
- Strive to automate reports as much as possible, you will be the client and recipient of automation.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Energy;
- Deep understanding of management and accounting;
- Understanding of the main reasons why reports may not work as they should;
- Understanding of the basics of foreign economic activity (FEA), work with China.
