We are looking for a financial partner for our retail concepts. The mission of this role is to grow the efficiency of the management company through the effectiveness of the franchisee network.
What you will be doing:
Financial Business Support
- Accompanying key operations and transactions from a financial perspective
- Assisting the business in improving cost efficiency and making informed decisions
Unit Economics and Retail Point Model Development
- Developing and supporting the financial model
- Identifying opportunities to improve the economics of a single point and scaling the best solutions across the network
Financing and Investments
- Analyzing possible financing options for opening new points
- Evaluating investment efficiency and payback periods
Marketing Economics
- Analyzing the structure of marketing expenses and their effectiveness
- Establishing transparent metrics and understanding the impact of marketing on financial results
Working with Franchise Partners
- Participating in the partner community as a financial expert
- Explaining the impact of initiatives on business economics in simple and understandable terms
- Jointly developing solutions that affect efficiency growth
Analytics and Market
- Benchmarking key performance indicators and identifying growth areas
What we expect from you:
- Experience in retail business (preferably regional networks of 40+ points)
- Experience as a Financial Director or Financial Business Partner
- Practical experience with the operational economics of a business
- Experience in managing the financial function (including accounting)
- Understanding of financing attraction tools
- Ability to build partnerships with the business
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex things simply
- Proactivity and a solution-oriented approach
