CFO at Dodo Pizza (Dodo Brands)
Dodo Pizza (Dodo Brands) is looking for a CFO.
A partner company of “Dodo Brands” (TOP-10 franchise networks in the Russian Federation). We manage 26 Dodo Pizza outlets (Rostov, Voronezh, Sochi, Taganrog, Bali). Revenue > 3 billion rubles/year, staff > 1000 employees. A high-tech, fast-growing international company.
What you will do:
Build a financial vertical from scratch. We are looking for an architect of a financial system, not just a financier:
- Banks, negotiations, deal structuring (VKL, CFA, overdrafts), covenant control.
- Taxes and accounting (setting up regulations, audit, tax).
- Implementing budgeting from scratch, unit economics, dashboards for the owner.
- Transition to 1C + BIT.Finance (moving away from manual spreadsheets).
- Team management (chief accountant, analytics, treasury).
Key KPIs:
- Transparent credit history and covenant management.
- Functional financial model in Excel/1C.
- Tax reporting without crunch time.
- Investor memorandum readily available for the owner at any moment.
Ideal candidate profile:
- 5+ years of experience as CFO or Deputy CFO.
- Deep knowledge of the banking sector (conducts negotiations independently).
- Systems builder (not a "patcher of holes").
- Experience entering international markets (will be a plus).
