A Financial Director is sought for the franchise team of Dodo Pizza and Drinkit (Dodo Brands).
The franchise team of Dodo Pizza and Drinkit companies has been developing two business lines since 2016: pizzerias and coffee shops in two countries, Russia and the UAE.
The main task of the role is to ensure that:
- Owners understand the current financial status of the business at any moment
- Figures are transparent and inspire trust
- Management decisions are made quickly and based on data
Main areas of responsibility:
- Building and developing management accounting, budgeting, financial planning
- Building and controlling P&L, Cash Flow, payment calendar, balance sheet, unit economics, and key metrics
- Monitoring indicators: profitability, payback period, outlet performance
- Automation
Required knowledge and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Director in the HoReCa, foodtech, franchising, or chain business segments will be a big plus
- Experience in building management accounting "from scratch" or deep transformation of the system
- Proficient in: 1C, Excel (macro level), application of AI tools
