Vending partner Express is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to become the architect of the growth financial model.

Key Goal:
- Maximizing holding value by building a transparent, efficient, and sustainable financial system for the entire group of companies.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a financial strategy closely integrated with the holding's business objectives;
- Optimize the legal and operational structure of the group to increase efficiency, minimize taxes and risks;
- Manage business value (VBM), conduct M&A analysis, due diligence, and manage the asset portfolio;
- Build a unified system of financial planning and control (Cash Flow Budget, P&L Budget, consolidation, management reporting, KPIs);
- Ensure financing and optimize the cost of capital (WACC), manage cash flows (Cash Management) and financial risks;
- Lead the processes of consolidated reporting, tax planning, and dividend policy;
- Conduct digital transformation of the financial function: implement and develop ERP (SAP, Oracle, 1C) and BI systems;
- Form and develop a team of financial leaders for the holding and subsidiary companies.
Candidate Expectations:
- Possess a higher education in finance/economics and a diploma in ACCA, DipIFR, CPA, or an MBA degree;
- Have at least 7-10 years of successful experience as CFO/Financial Director in holding structures;
Have practical, confirmed experience in:
- Attracting financing and working with banks;
- Tax structuring and planning for a group of companies;
- Building consolidated reporting (IFRS/RAS) and budget management systems;
- Managing cash flows within the group;
- Interacting with shareholders and supporting M&A deals;
- Fluent in English;
- Possess advanced skills in financial modeling and working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C);
- Possess strategic thinking, leadership qualities, proactivity, and the ability to work with confidential information.
