Pskov Cable Plant (AKRON HOLDING Group) is looking for a Finance Director to join their team.

Your responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of the holding's financial strategy
- Organization and control of all financial processes: budgeting, management and accounting, treasury, tax planning
- Analysis of financial indicators, preparation of reports for management and shareholders
- Optimization of financial flows, liquidity and risk management
- Interaction with banks, credit organizations, participation in attracting financing (loans, credit lines, factoring)
- Management of the implementation and development of 1C ERP/1C UP P at production enterprises
- Expertise in production accounting, cost control, analysis of production process efficiency
- Management of the finance department team, employee development and training
Candidate expectations:
- Experience as a Finance Director or Deputy Finance Director for at least 3 years
- Practical experience in large manufacturing enterprises (from 250 employees), with a turnover of 1 billion rubles or more
- Deep knowledge of 1C ERP or 1C UP P, experience in implementing and developing these systems
- Expertise in production accounting, understanding the specifics of production processes
- Experience in attracting financing, conducting negotiations with banks and financial institutions
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, leadership qualities
