Chief Operating Officer (COO)

📍__Moscow, hybrid | reports to: CEO; functionally to: Head of Operations (India)__

Manage the operational activities of the recruitment agency in Russia and ensure operational compatibility with the head office in India. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of processes, scaling the model, and timely reporting to the parent company.

Requirements: — Experience as COO / Operations Director in recruitment, staffing, or service business — Experience in building processes "from scratch" or in conditions of rapid growth — Management of a team of recruiters/coordinators for 3+ years — Experience in reporting to external stakeholders (head office, investors) — Knowledge of recruitment metrics, Labor Code of the Russian Federation, experience with CRM — Proficient Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools — English — for correspondence, reports, and negotiations
