Operations Director at IT Company 1CLICK
IT company 1CLICK is looking for an Operations Director to take responsibility for the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the entire company.
1CLICK is a modern IT team that helps the largest Russian and international companies automate finance, budgeting, treasury, and IFRS based on 1C. Clients include Avito, MTS, Fesco, GK PIK, Samolet, Russian Electronics, and other market leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of all departments: legal, financial, administrative;
- Maintain current processes and build new ones so they work at any volume;
- Reduce operational costs without loss of quality — find and eliminate "loss zones";
- Implement a KPI and control system: each department works for numbers, responsibility is transparent;
- Automate routine tasks: replace Excel, mailings, and personal reminders with CRM, task trackers, and ERP;
- Prepare the company for scaling: processes should not break with growth;
- Relieve the owner of some operational issues.
Candidate Expectations:
- Have at least 3 years of operational management experience in IT, consulting, or complex B2B projects;
- Have gone from chaos to system: able to build strategy and "get hands-on with processes";
- Have reduced costs, implemented KPIs, launched automation;
- Have participated in business scaling — where growth did not break processes;
- Think in numbers, not feelings, and are ready to take responsibility;
- Understand P&L, budgeting, unit economics — this will be a big plus;
- Have experience in BIG4 or product/tech companies — this is an ideal profile.
Company Offers:
- Compensation: fixed gross salary from 350,000 to 550,000 ₽ + annual bonus (upon agreement);
