Global integrator of solutions in the field of Digital and Digital Signage technologies ADDREA is looking for an Operations Director.
Tasks:
- Diagnostics of the company's operational system: sales, projects, warehouse, service, finance, data, reporting
- Identifying points where the company is losing money, time, margin, and manageability
- Building a unified managed loop: tasks, statuses, responsible parties, deadlines, risks, money
- Setting up regular reporting for the CEO on key business indicators
- Implementation and fine-tuning of work tools: CRM, 1C, BI, ServiceDesk, automation, AI agents
Requirements:
- Experience as an Operations Director / COO / Head of Operational Transformation / Head of Change
- Experience in bringing order to a complex operational system: sales, projects, service, warehouse, finance, reporting
- Understanding of P&L, margin, deadlines, money losses, and responsibility within processes
- Experience in implementing or fine-tuning CRM, 1C, BI, ServiceDesk, ERP, or other management systems
- Practical understanding of AI tools and scenarios for their application in business
Conditions:
- Income / project fee — target 300,000–500,000 ₽
