Leading company in warehouse logistics automation and robotics, as well as IT development in warehouse logistics, is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring continuous operational control and forming a single point for management decisions;
- Analysis and ensuring the effectiveness of internal business processes, optimization and automation of business processes;
- Managing a team of department heads (7-9 people in direct subordination), developing their effectiveness and engagement;
- Developing a KPI system, departmental metrics, and ensuring transparent management reporting for the CEO;
- Resource and budget planning, liquidity management: maintaining and forecasting Free Cash Flow (FCF), optimizing working capital to ensure the company's financial stability, controlling financial indicators and analyzing expenses.
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics/engineering/management), MBA or additional business management education is welcome;
- General management experience of 5+ years in technology, service, or engineering companies, with 2+ years of experience as COO is desirable;
- Ability to build and scale processes in a technology or service company, implement KPI and financial planning systems, understanding of project management principles and service-oriented work model;
- English language proficiency at a conversational level (B1+);
- Strategic and systemic thinking, structured and concrete communication, strong leadership qualities and developed communication skills.
