Responsibilities:
- Management of operational processes at the Omsk plant (dairy and baby food production);
- Coordination of the entire site's work, ensuring safe and efficient production of dairy and baby food;
- Organization of the work of all plant services to continuously improve finished product quality indicators and reduce risks;
- Ensuring effective execution of control procedures in accordance with Company requirements;
- Control of audit processes to verify compliance with Food Safety Standards;
- Preparation and control of annual business plans and budget expenditure to set business goals and ensure effective resource planning;
- Preparation of the annual business plan and budget to establish branch business goals;
- Support for the installation of new equipment, control of the launch and ramp-up of new production lines;
- Ensuring continuous improvement of processes and productivity;
- Control of plant operational activities in accordance with the environmental standards of the Russian Federation;
- Achievement of short-term and medium-term departmental goals;
- Interaction with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and communities.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 7 years of experience in the food production industry;
- At least 3 years of experience managing a department (100+ people);
- Knowledge of Lean and TPM methodologies, experience in their implementation and promotion;
- Deep understanding of technical production processes;
- High level of communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in specialized information systems and office applications.
