A Kolomensky bakery holding is looking for a Production Site Director.
Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the production site
- Ensuring the production plan, contractual obligations, and product quality requirements are met
- Staffing and team management
- Optimizing the consumption of raw materials, materials, energy resources, and other resources
- Organizing production accounting, reporting, and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Ensuring compliance with food product quality and safety standards
- Monitoring compliance with labor protection, industrial safety, and sanitary regulations
- Liaising with contractors, regulatory, and supervisory bodies
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience as a production site manager in the food industry
- Experience in P&L management, optimizing production costs, and improving operational efficiency
- Understanding of Service Level, productivity, quality, and cost indicators
- Successful experience in passing audits and inspections, implementing food safety systems, and finished product quality control
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to make prompt decisions and effectively interact with employees, related departments, and government agencies
