Head of Quality Control Department | Food Production

Seeking a strong operational quality leader who confidently works "in the field": identifies the causes of deviations, makes risk-based decisions, and ensures food safety directly at the production site.

This role is suitable for Heads of Quality Services, Quality / QA / Food Safety Managers, as well as strong Deputy Heads of Quality who are ready for the next career step.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in food enterprises of major FMCG companies: dairy producers, breweries, and other productions with complex product microbiology. Practical skills in managing microbiological risks, sanitation, washing and disinfection, cold chain, and laboratory control are important.

Responsibilities

• Quality and food safety management at the site.
• Control of raw materials, production process, and finished products.
• Sanitary and laboratory control, analysis of results and trends.
• Management of non-conforming products.
• Deviation investigation, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA.
• Work with audits, claims, and customer requirements.
• Leadership of a small quality team and interaction with production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the food industry, predominantly in production.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000.
• Experience with sanitation, microbiological risks, laboratory, audits, and claims.
• Higher specialized education.
