We are currently looking for a Production Technologist (Beverages).

Responsibilities:

• Adaptation of existing formulations to the production conditions of the plants.
• Control of compliance with production technological processes.
• Control of compliance with organoleptic indicators, measurement of parameters (Brix, pH).
• Control of compliance by the plants with all production technological processes (water treatment, syrup preparation, blending, filtration, bottling, pasteurization processes).
• Calculation of raw material batching standards.
• Assessment of the technological capabilities of a third-party enterprise at the site selection stage.
• Control of compliance with technological standards during product release under contract manufacturing agreements.
• Organization of spot checks of finished products produced at third-party enterprises:
  • Requesting samples and sending them to the laboratory;
  • Verification of reporting documentation;
  • Control of labeling and packaging based on photo and video reports.
• Ensuring product traceability from raw material batch to finished product, including shelf life, storage, and transportation conditions.
• Record keeping and analysis of statistical data on the quality of products produced at external sites.
• In case of defects, determine the cause, degree of fixability, and fault of the site, and provide recommendations for elimination.
• Preparation and updating of Technical Specifications, Technical Instructions, formulations, specifications, technological cards.
• Preparation of product quality reports.
• Maintenance of registers of non-conformities, claims, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Food Technology/Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in beverage production.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SanPiN, GOST, TU, TR CU.
• Skills in controlling the technological process and developing documentation.
• Ability to work remotely with production sites.
• Experience in contract manufacturing and remote audits of third-party sites.
• Experience in launching new formulations.
• Knowledge of modern analysis methods and automated control systems.
