Senior R&D Manager Drinkit

We are looking for a Senior R&D Manager for the food category. The main task of the role is to create products and scalable recipes that can be replicated in different markets while maintaining a unified product concept and quality. We are considering candidates with experience in R&D, Product Development, as well as brand chefs who have worked with chain formats and scalable products.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and expanding the assortment of the Food category: sandwiches, pastries, desserts, breakfasts, snacks, and other areas.
- Forming product concepts and developing new recipes.
- Managing the full product development cycle: from idea and initial development to testing, implementation, and launch in different countries.
- Creating scalable recipes for subsequent replication in an international network.
- Working with manufacturers on new product development: setting tasks, conducting joint development and testing, implementing approved recipes.
- Building and developing processes in the food R&D department within the company.
- Preparing standards, technological documentation, and materials for replicating products in other markets.
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and international market managers on new product launches.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in developing products and recipes for chain businesses, working with manufacturers or production partners.
- Experience in coffee shop chains, QSR, retail food, or other scalable formats.
- Specialization in European or modern urban cuisine, as well as experience in developing sandwiches, breakfasts, pastries, and desserts.
- Specialized education in food technology, culinary arts, or related fields.
- Understanding of the full product creation and implementation cycle.
- A systematic approach and the ability to build development processes.
- Initiative – suggesting improvements, not just executing.
- Flexibility – switching between diverse tasks and adapting to changes.
- Knowledge of English for interaction with international markets will be a big plus.
