R&D Manager in an international FMCG company

📍 Location: Moscow region

We are looking for a strong expert in the field of food product development to lead the R&D department and be responsible for creating new products, developing the product range, and implementing innovative technologies in production within an international FMCG company.

📌 Main tasks: • Managing the development team and coordinating R&D projects. • Creating and implementing new confectionery recipes. • Forming a product portfolio development strategy. • Analyzing consumer trends and adapting the product range to market demands. • Optimizing production processes and improving production efficiency. • Implementing new technologies and launching equipment. • Controlling product quality and compliance with industry standards. • Developing technical documentation and training personnel.

📌 Our expectations: • Higher specialized education. • At least 4 years of experience in R&D or a technological function in food production. • Knowledge of extrusion technology is desirable. • Successful experience in team management and implementation of new product launch projects. • Knowledge of quality requirements and sanitary-hygienic norms. • English language proficiency - not lower than Intermediate. • Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and developed communication skills.
