🌾 Good day! Seeking a Production Manager candidate to launch and develop a new beverage production facility (Moscow region)

The company is entering a new phase: a modern beverage production facility (alcoholic and non-alcoholic products) has been built, and a new bottling line with a capacity of 2000 bottles/hour is being commissioned.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Manage beverage production in accordance with the plan and standards
• Ensure the volume, quality, and timely release of products
• Control technological processes and quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP)
• Lead the production team.
• Participate in the acceptance and commissioning of new equipment
• Optimize processes, reduce waste and defects, improve line efficiency

✅ Requirements:

• Higher technical education (food production, beverage technology, automation)
• 5+ years of experience in managerial production positions in the food industry
• Mandatory experience managing a bottling line
• Knowledge of bottling and packaging technology (PET, glass, cans)
• Understanding of the regulatory framework for the turnover of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products
• Systems thinking, result-orientation, stress resistance
