Zotman Pizza is a frozen pizza production company in Moscow. We prepare pizza for our pizzeria chain and for chain stores using our secret recipe, known only to 5 people – that very pizza with a crust you’ll want to eat.
We are inviting an experienced leader who wants not just to "complete tasks", but to genuinely influence product cost, quality, and technological development.
Responsibilities:
- New Product Development: full support of NPD projects (analysis, control from receiving the technical specification to product launch);
- Process Optimization: implementation of innovative solutions; active participation in the selection of alternative raw materials for significant cost reduction without any loss of quality;
- Equipment Modernization: participation in the selection and testing of advanced technological lines, implementation of the latest production standards.
- Laboratory Management: leadership of a cohesive team of masters, chefs, and technologists;
- Project Calendar and Product Meeting Minutes Management: strict control of tasks, meetings, and execution. Formation of a roadmap for new products for the year;
- Task Registration and Distribution: assignment of deadlines and responsible parties;
- Cross-functional Department Coordination: product launch management in close interaction with production, sales, quality control, and purchasing departments;
- Tastings: preparation of detailed analytical reports capturing every nuance of taste and texture;
- Formation of Requests, Memos, and Information Messages: prompt and documented handling of all project aspects;
- Contract Manufacturing Search: thorough selection of reliable partners for new product launches, conclusion of mutually beneficial contracts.
Requirements:
- Project management, knowledge of production equipment, and impeccable command of the entire new product launch chain
- Knowledge and skills in statistics, data processing, and sociological information
- Experience in negotiating with raw material and component suppliers
- Skills in working with technological equipment (selection, testing, implementation)
- Ability to conduct tastings and compile detailed sensory reports.
Conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
