Director of Own Food Production

📍 Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

A major retail chain in Central Asia is launching a new centralized production facility. We are looking for a full-cycle manager: from concept to operation.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop the production and investment model. • Define capacity, technologies, and equipment. • Manage design, equipping, and launch; build a team. • Ensure quality, food safety, and the logistics model.

We are looking for you if: • You have 5+ years of experience managing food production and a proven track record of launching or reconstructing a kitchen-factory or ready-to-eat food production facility. • You have experience with packaged ready-to-eat meals, short shelf life, and cold chain logistics. • You understand production economics and HACCP. • You are proficient in Excel and have experience with 1C/ERP. You will have high autonomy and the opportunity to build the facility and team from scratch.
