Head of Investment Projects in Food Production

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of industrial and technical projects for the modernization of existing and installation of new production equipment;
• Manage/coordinate the implementation of complex CapEx projects from development to final completion. Ensure their compliance with OHS&T legislation, as well as the availability of all necessary technical project documentation;
• Coordinate the work of project teams on-site, including employees from marketing, technical and production departments, sales, logistics, etc.;
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, maintain project documentation;
• Prepare tender documentation, conduct tenders, manage contract work and document flow;
• Maintain project cost accounting;
• Ensure timely project implementation at the Holding's production sites.

Requirements

• Higher technical/technological education;
• 5+ years of experience in managing CapEx projects in food production;
• Experience in a manufacturing company as a project group leader;
• Proficiency in MS Project;
• Practical skills in AutoCAD.
