Implementation of Investment projects, primarily technological processes of Packaging Production:
Preparation of project justification, approval of technical solutions with related functions;
Project implementation, development and approval of Technical Solutions, participation in procurement processes, justification of supplier selection, control over work execution;
Risk assessment at each stage of the project with a minimization plan;
Acceptance of completed work, transfer of project responsibilities to operations, approval and submission of projects to supervisory authorities such as Rostekhnadzor (Pressure Vessels, Chemistry, Industrial Safety, Heat Supervision, Energy Supervision, etc.), PetersburgGaz, Lenenergo, Vodokanal, etc.;
Work with Customs authorities and brokers within the framework of equipment supply, development of technical product descriptions and support of supply by logistics companies;
Assistance in the development of design documentation (CD), implementation of local technical solutions;
Development of project plans and schedules, determining the necessary resources for this;
Planning and control of the project budget at various stages, including budget formation;
Reporting, working in an international team, monitoring compliance with standards and leading document flow.
Active participation, development of proposals and execution of projects related to the optimization of equipment operation and engineering communications;
Work with the operational staff team of the sections, development of training materials for maintenance;
Interaction with controlling government bodies.
Requirements
Higher technical education;
Experience in successful implementation of investment projects from 2 years, experience in managing industrial automation projects will be an advantage;
Knowledge of methodological and regulatory documents for the maintenance of equipment, buildings and structures, as well as knowledge of the operating principles of technological equipment;
Experience working with supervisory authorities;
Experience working with supply organizations (Request for Technical Specifications, approval of measures and contracts, obtaining a Certificate of Completion of Technical Specifications, etc.);
Experience in drafting and defending a budget;
Experience in drafting Technical Specifications, conducting procurement procedures, justifying supplier selection (Total Cost of Ownership), etc.;
Experienced PC user (MS Office, SAP, MS Project, AutoCad/Kompas/NanoCad…);
Knowledge of project management principles, basic knowledge of PMI;
Knowledge of Siemens PLC and basic experience in programming automation operations;
Knowledge of English at an Intermediate level or higher.
